Our Story

VowProof started at home, specifically with a lot of very familiar complaints around the dinner table.

Tracey is a stationer, and for years we talked through the same frustrations: endless email chains, confusing proof rounds, version mix-ups, and software that clearly wasn't built with stationers or their clients in mind. The stakes are high in this industry, and yet the tools available often felt clunky, outdated, or just not it.

What began as venting slowly turned into problem-solving. We started asking, “Why doesn't something like this exist?” and “What would this look like if it were actually designed around how stationers work?”

So we decided to build it together.

VowProof was created to make proofing, feedback, and approvals calmer, clearer, and more reliable for stationers and for their clients. It's shaped by real-world experience, a lot of conversations, and a shared goal of reducing mistakes, stress, and unnecessary back-and-forth.

In short: we saw a problem up close, talked about it a lot, and eventually decided to do something about it together.
